The vMBusX-G wireless data transceiver is a data concentrator unit for vMBusX wireless I/O devices and the vMBusX-S series of wireless sensors. It acts as a data gateway hub for vMonitor remote monitoring eSCADA software. It can also interface with any third-party SCADA/ telemetry devices.
Specifications. Input voltage source (7-30 Volts) can either be a battery or DC source. The device features an Intel X386 processor running at 25MHz with 8MB of DRAM memory (expandable to 24MB).
Serial Ports. One RS232 serial port (with handshake) to communicate with the host SCADA system or a long-range radio modem or a GSM/Satellite modem. An additional serial port is configurable as RS232, RS485, or as a debug port.
